Job DescriptionDescriptionAugustine Consulting, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Technical Analyst II to serve as part of ACI’s team supporting PEO Soldier.
Position Description:
The Technical Analyst II provides advanced technical support at the highest technician level. This role involves assisting and collaborating with engineers, technical specialists, and analysts to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer requirements. The position serves as a key contributor to complex problem-solving efforts and ensures effective integration of technical components within a complete solution.
A Successful Technical Analyst II at ACI Will:
- Focus on integrating and testing individual TAK products and overall server infrastructure.
- Provide advanced level technical support to ACI customers as well as other members of the ACI Team.
- Conduct network configuration, server configuration and hardware configuration analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and contribute to technical documentation. Administer Linux operating systems specifically with CLI.
- Possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey IT and cloud technologies.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience viewing logs and solving issues. Possess strong customer service etiquette.

Required Qualifications:
- Because this role requires a DOD security clearance, all applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
- Due to the sensitive nature of this role, all applicants must possess or have the ability to obtain a DOD secret clearance.
- High School diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate's degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree in a related field and no experience.
- Ability to plan for and execute the Army’s current tactical network environment, including software-defined tactical radio systems. Experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of these networks.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with users at all levels throughout the organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in planning and operations in military tactical networking including battle command platforms and transport layers.
- Certification in network administration.
- Background in Radio Frequency knowledge.
