Continuous Improvement Leader | Delta Township, MI
Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
- Drive the implementation of CI initiatives, ensuring sustainable improvements and measurable results.
- Mentor and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of CI programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles, Six Sigma, and problem-solving techniques.
- Benchmark best practices internally and externally to identify opportunities for innovation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing successful CI projects with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
