Tripod Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care while promoting positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will apply evidence-based practice and professional nursing standards to provide exceptional care while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

\n As a Registered Nurse, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and make sound clinical decisions to develop and adjust individualized care plans. You will implement nursing interventions, monitor patient responses, accurately document clinical outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care throughout the patient's stay.

\n You will also provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs, ensuring patients are well-informed throughout treatment and prepared for discharge. In addition, you will supervise and delegate responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate, serve as a mentor or preceptor to colleagues, and promote teamwork, professional development, and evidence-based nursing practice.

\n The successful candidate will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, support patient safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and financially responsible healthcare environment.
