Job Title: Janitorial / Common Area Cleaning Associate
Location: Duluth, MN Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-1pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas. This role is responsible for ensuring shared spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for tenants, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, and break areas</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces</li>
<li>Empty trash and replace liners</li>
<li>Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors</li>
<li>Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)</li>
<li>Report maintenance issues or safety concerns</li>
<li>Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures</li>
<li>Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and punctuality</li>
<li>MUST HAVE OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES!</li>
