This front-facing role is essential in creating a welcoming and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service and memorable experiences.
The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. They should be confident multitasking, communicating with a wide variety of people, and maintaining professionalism during busy periods.

Responsibilities
- Welcome shoppers, guests, vendors, and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Provide directions and assist with store layout and navigation questions
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Check in large bags belonging to shoppers and guests, provide claim tickets, and safely store bags in the designated area
- Help maintain store policies in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor the entrance area and report any issues, concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front entrance environment
- Support store operations and perform additional duties as assigned
