Job Summary:

The IT Security Compliance Specialist provides direct support to Opportunity Partners organization and employee with all changes, corrections, installations and repairs of all technology related services and hardware. Ongoing life cycle management of all technology resources from acquisition, deployment, support and disposal. Provide additional support for back-office systems and supplementary support for business and data analysts. Escalation of issues as appropriate and follows both industry best practices and departmental policies and procedures.?

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will work in the office three days a week and work remotely two days a week.
  • Wage: $21.25 per hour
  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITES STATES WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP.

How will you make a difference?

  1. Provide technical support to end-users both in person and remotely. Utilize customer service skills and resolve technical issues. Maintain company equipment and security according to established policies and procedures. Document all resolution and issues per department policy. Escalate issues per department policies.
    • MS Security Tools & MS Office 365
  2. Collaborate with other IT professionals to address complex technical problems.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve back office and case management systems support and escalate issues to Associate IT Director.
  4. Configure security management and hardware and server support for Opportunity Partners locations. Adjust settings, profiles and access to accommodate changing business needs and roles. Document changes and issue resolution. Escalation of issues per departmental policies.
  5. Continual training and development of relevant skills, knowledge and techniques. Includes both technical and non-technical skills and cross training in other areas within the department. Increasing knowledge of the business functions and roles.

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

  • Minimum of one year of IT security & network administration experience
  • BS, Computer Science/Information Systems/Technology is required
  • MS, Computer Science/Information Systems/Technology is preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, HIPAA, Basic Computer Hardware & Security Concepts, MS Security tools & Microsoft Office 365
