About the Role:
As a Night 7p-7a RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
