Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Primary) — Additional worksite: Lewiston, ME
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid – in office as needed, potential on-site in 2026
Shift/Hours: M–F core business hoursContract Details

  • Pay Rate: $18–20/hr

Job SummaryThis role supports application and network access provisioning across a large financial enterprise. The IT Analyst I provides operational support, troubleshooting, environment monitoring, incident management, and daily Access Management activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer support capability, and the ability to work under defined operational guidelines within a fast-moving technical environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide network and application access provisioning for U.S. AMCB Retail, Call Center, and Back Office users while meeting defined service levels.
  • Support the Access Management IT Operations Manager in daily department operations.
  • Deliver front-line support across a wide range of technical issues.
  • Conduct proactive investigation of out-of-scope platforms with a broad business perspective.
  • Assess users’ technical understanding and communicate information appropriately.
  • Process system access requests following established provisioning policies and standards.
  • Utilize multiple information sources during request processing and project participation.
  • Work independently within defined operational parameters.
  • Provide day-to-day applications and network access support.
  • Maintain quality service levels aligned with operational objectives.
  • Handle incident management activities and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure timely notification of risks, issues, and recommended resolutions.

Required Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Knowledge of IAM principles (separation of duties, access certifications, governance) in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience with access provisioning and user access lifecycle support.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Background in IT operations, troubleshooting, or service desk environments.
  • Experience working with business partners, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
