Real Estate Listing and Operations Manager
Job Description
Job Description
Experienced Real Estate Assistant? Passionate about mid-century modern design? Ready for your next career-defining move? Join Atria Real Estate, a top-producing, collaborative team where your precision and expertise don't just support operations-they elevate them. You'll eliminate distractions, protect high-value time, and empower agents to focus on clients and growth.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk job -you'll be hands-on in the field and in the office, supporting the pre-listing and listing process, coordinating with vendors, and keeping every project running smoothly.
Your Future Team
Atria Real Estate is the No. 1 Eichler home expert in Silicon Valley and ranks among the top 1% of agents in Santa Clara County. With over $750 million in sales, we're proud to be a leading team in Sunnyvale. We care deeply about our work, our team, and our clients, and about making an impact in our industry and local community. Combined with market expertise and a people-first mindset, we create an environment where positivity, hard work, and collaboration thrive.
We Know You
This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in client-facing, high-touch work, communicates clearly, enjoys working independently, and contributes as part of a collaborative team. You'll optimize systems, refine workflows, and adapt processes as technology evolves, all while ensuring clients receive a seamless, exceptional experience and supporting a team that values positivity and making a real impact by helping agents focus on meeting with clients and grow the business.
What You'll Do
You'll play a central role in supporting the team as we close 35-40 transactions a year, keeping everything running smoothly. With organized systems and processes already in place, you'll have the tools to stay on top of it all:
Manage Listings & Transactions: Oversee listings and buyer/seller transactions from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met
Client & Vendor Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, title, and escrow, keeping everyone informed and organized
Calendars & Scheduling: Manage agent calendars, open houses, and vendor schedules to keep projects and the team on track
Renovation & Budget Support: Assist with project management for renovations, budgeting, and timelines
Marketing Support: Coordinate photography, staging, marketing materials, and pre-listing preparation
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine workflows, optimize systems, and implement solutions as technology and needs evolve
Problem-Solving & Anticipation: Anticipate challenges before they arise and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Team Collaboration: Work closely with lead agents while maintaining autonomy and taking initiative
