Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $40-$43/hour DOE
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,000 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 180 days
- $1,000 after 1 year

We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to lead service and installation projects in residential homes, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial properties. If you're a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC service, repair, and installation projects
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Service residential, apartment, manufactured housing, and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform apartment maintenance HVAC work, including unit turns and occupied service calls
- Support and mentor other technicians
- Ensure all work meets code and manufacturer standards
- Complete service documentation and maintain truck inventory
- Deliver outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Lead or senior technician experience preferred
- Experience with residential, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC
- EPA 608 Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
