The Concierge plays a vital role at Antoine du Chez, serving as the bridge between our guests, service providers, and daily salon and spa operations. This position ensures every client feels seen, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Concierges manage the flow of the front desk with professionalism and poise, balancing hospitality, scheduling, and service coordination. This role is integral to creating a seamless experience for both guests and our team while upholding the high standards and values that define Antoine du Chez.
Responsibilities

Welcome every guest warmly and ensure their comfort throughout the visit.

Support providers by anticipating needs and maintaining smooth communication across departments.

Manage appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency to optimize the salon and spa’s day-to-day flow.

Educate guests on current promotions, retail products, and membership opportunities.

Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content and guest engagement efforts.

Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales and inventory activity.
