Role Overview

The Sales Associate will be the frontline representative of Uultis in the Showroom, responsible for engaging clients, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an energetic and client-focused individual with a passion for luxury furniture and design.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, design professionals, and developers.

• Present Uultis products, explain customization options, finishes, and design solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and process orders accurately.

• Follow up on client inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.

Showroom & Brand Representation

• Maintain a polished showroom appearance in line with Uultis brand standards.

• Assist with merchandising, product presentation, and inventory coordination.

• Support showroom events, launches, and activations in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Uultis values of quality, design, and excellence.

Operations & Support

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

• Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and coordinating logistics.

• Support the Sales Director and showroom team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles (luxury furniture/design a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Portuguese or Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Passion for luxury design, interiors, and architecture.
