Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with enhancements such as hot stones and aroma therapy
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
- Uphold all hygiene and safety standards
- Promote spa services and wellness products
- Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests
Requirements:
- Valid New York State massage therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center preferred
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and willingness to learn additional techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
