Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add production Assemblers to our team.
We are hosting a Job Fair on Tuesday 8/18/2026 from 8:30am to 10:30am, so come out and join us!
We are looking for someone:
- with a good work ethic
- who works well with others
- who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
- who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass
- who has experience using hand tools: drill, screw gun, grinder, saw, etc.
- Key tasks include joining hulls and decks
- installing marine hardware
- running electrical wire harnesses
- rigging steering or engine components.
- Workers use hand and power tools while following strict safety and quality standards

This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements.
Starting pay is $16.25 per hour.
Production experience a definite plus.
