We are a well-established, mid-sized law firm specializing in real estate and contract litigation seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys being an integral part of the courtroom process.

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to attorneys, assist with case management, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents
  • File documents with courts and government agencies (including e-filing)
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule court appearances, hearings, and meetings
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
  • Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have at least 2+ years of Office experience ( legal)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
