Bovio Rubino Service is seeking a dependable, organized, and meticulous multi-tasker to join our team as a Warranty & Logistics Coordinator.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. (weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed)
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

As a Warranty & Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Process and track warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Audit warranty claims and generate reports on trends, proposed product quality improvements, vendor performance, parts replacement, installation progress, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate installation staging and picking, utilizing installation schedules to ensure that the pick is completed in an efficient manner before materials are needed and allocating materials to the proper job.
- Oversee refrigerant recovery process, coordinating refrigerant recovery returns and processing
- Communicate with vendors and staff to streamline operations and ensure timely shipments and installations,
- Conduct an annual warehouse inventory audit and keep inventory records for warranty and installation-related stock up to date year round
- Price and purchase commodities for installation material
You could be a great fit as a Warranty & Logistics Coordinator with Bovio Rubino Service if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, warranty processing, or a related field
- Forklift certification
- DOT certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Familiarity with warranty processes and customer service procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of water heaters and installation requirements is a plus
