Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to provide Private Duty Nursing services in Boonville Missouri.

We are looking for compassionate dependable and professional nurses who enjoy providing one on one care in the clients home.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the clients home

Administer medications as ordered

Provide G tube feeding and G tube care when required

Monitor for seizures and follow seizure precautions

Provide respiratory monitoring when required

Provide trach care suctioning BiPAP or ventilator care when required

Monitor vital signs and changes in condition

Assist with activities of daily living when appropriate

Complete accurate nursing documentation

Follow the clients physician ordered Plan of Care

Communicate with the family and Elevate Care Providers regarding changes or concerns

Requirements

Current Missouri LPN or RN license or eligible Compact Nursing License

Current CPR or BLS certification

Ability to successfully complete required background screenings

Reliable transportation

Dependable attendance

Good communication and documentation skills

Private Duty Nursing pediatric nursing or home care experience is preferred
