What You’ll Do:
Lead NPI, tooling, and manufacturing engineering initiatives
Align engineering strategy with business and operational goals
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Supply Chain Define KPIs and leverage data to improve performance
Act as technical interface with customers and suppliers Provide expertise in cable/wire harness (molding, shielding, termination) DFM
