Job DescriptionDirector of Sales – Motor Repair
Fuze HR is partnering with an established manufacturer of industrial and commercial products to hire a Director of Sales to lead its Motor Repair/Aftermarket sales organization.
This is a strategic sales leadership opportunity for someone who understands the industrial market, knows how to lead and develop sales teams, and can build strategies that drive revenue and long-term customer growth.
Location: Fort Wayne, INJob Type: Full-Time, Direct-HireCompensation: $150,000 annually
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Outside Sales team supporting the Motor Repair/Aftermarket business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing business and expand the customer base
- Help establish revenue targets, market strategies, and sales objectives
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Develop and manage key account and vendor strategies
- Establish performance expectations for direct reports and track results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Support the sales team with customer escalations and complex business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business and growth objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of sales and/or marketing leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Motor repair sales experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in an industrial, electrical, manufacturing, or related environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and use KPIs to drive performance
- Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills
- Collaborative, flexible, and results-oriented approach
