We are a multi-purpose entertainment space in search of a Facilities Manager with experience in the restaurant and entertainment field.


The Facilities Manager reports to the General Manager and is tasked with keeping our equipment and centers running in ship-shape order. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills would be a plus. You will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating a team of hourly technicians, maintaining cost objectives, and staying on top of all that is going on inside our building.


Facilities Manager Requirements

  • Ability to move maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
  • Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer and business requirements
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
  • Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all areas of job responsibilities

Facilities Manager Skills Required

  • 3+ Years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of building maintenance
  • Ability to Travel 10% of the time
  • Ability to complete physical duties
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • On-call 24/7

Facilities Manager Compensation:

  • $65,000-76,000 in salary based on experience
  • 20% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
