Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate, located in Buffalo, NY. The Jewelry Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing expert product knowledge, building strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping to achieve sales targets. Additional tasks include maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide a superior Customer Experience.
- Experience in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of sales strategies.
- Previous experience in the fine jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Experience using a POS & Clientelling System.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
