Position: ALLIED-X-Ray Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during imaging procedures.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

• Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in assigned territories.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care quality.

• Document and report imaging results in a timely manner.

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

• Monitor and evaluate patient comfort during imaging processes.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.

• Assist in training new staff on imaging techniques and protocols.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience as an X-Ray Technician in a clinical setting.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and radiation regulations.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals.

• Strong customer service skills to support patients and families.

• Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Experience utilizing performance pipelines to assess success.

• Experience in monitoring patient comfort during imaging processes.

• Familiarity with X-ray equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.
