- 2+ years of site supervisor experience
- Good communication skills
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is a full-time position with a varying schedule
In this role, you'll start each day by aligning staffing and schedules, supporting and supervising up to 10 officers, ensuring training standards are upheld, and maintaining exceptional service quality. You'll be the bridge between your team and E.K.G. management, handling communication with clarity and confidence while resolving issues before they escalate. Your leadership keeps operations running smoothly and your officers motivated, trained, and mission-ready.
