We are seeking responsible, attentive, and energetic individuals to join our team as Experienced Water Slide Lifeguards. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor water slides and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety at all times
- Enforce all safety rules and ride requirements in a clear and professional manner
- Dispatch riders safely and maintain proper spacing between guests
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid situations
- Remain alert and focused throughout assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Qualifications:
- Current Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs frequently (for slide towers)
- Ability to swim and perform water rescues as needed
Schedule:
- Seasonal position
