FULLY REMOTE PROJECT MANAGER CONTRACT WORKING EST HOURS.
Duration: 12-18 month contract with potential extensions
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, project management, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or regulatory compliance projects.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic), billing software, and CMS NPI requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly NPI processes, and experience working in Maryland’s healthcare environment is a plus.
Job Description: Johns Hopkins Healthcare seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the National Provider Identifier (NPI) transition project in Maryland. This critical role will oversee the expansion from 150 to 400 NPIs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and seamless integration across systems and stakeholders.
