Job Description

The Quality Technician supports quality assurance activities to ensure product compliance and process improvement. This role involves inspecting materials, managing documentation, coordinating equipment calibration, and supporting lot release and auditing functions in alignment with FDA and international standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receiving inspections and manage inventory systems
  • Maintain quality records and documentation (e.g. change control, training, standards)
  • Coordinate equipment calibration and environmental monitoring
  • Process non-conforming material and assist with RMAs
  • Support internal audits and supplier records
  • Coordinate test samples and approve manufacturing travelers for lot release


Requirements:

  • High school diploma with 1–2 years of quality experience (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in a Class II or III medical device environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adaptability
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
