6p-630a, with weekends and holidays, call required and floating as helping hands to other departments

Must have' skills: They would be required to take a postpartum mom and her baby as a couplet assignment up to a 1:3 ratio per AWHONN standards.

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 6p-630a, block depending on open needs
\n Weekend Requirements . They split it on a 6 week schedule block. I have some weekend warriors who pick up more than most. But typically it equates to like 4 shifts Friday-Sunday count as weekends on nights in a 6 week period. Sometimes less.
\n Holiday Requirements Yes to weekend and holiday requirements.
\n Is there call or a standby requirement? There is call and standby requirements at this hospital. My unit takes turns by hours unless they request to be standby. My staff take one mandatory call shift every 12 weeks.
