Salary Range: $200k - $235k plus 25% bonus

About the role:
\n
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Director to join our Corporate Strategy organization and partner closely with senior leadership to drive the company's long-range strategy, growth, and value creation agenda.
\n
This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, solve complex business problems, evaluate opportunities, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior executives.
\n
The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas and geographies while working closely with Finance, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of the company's long-range corporate strategy and annual strategic planning process
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, market expansion opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, customer dynamics, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on business growth, profitability, and value creation
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and other corporate development opportunities
- Develop opportunity assessments, business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations
- Make sound business recommendations even when information or data is incomplete

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Experience with corporate strategy and value creation
- Strong understanding of growth strategy, market strategy, and competitive analysis
- Experience supporting or leading M&A, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of P&L fundamentals and financial metrics
- Demonstrated ability to present complex recommendations to C-suite and senior executives
