Your Role as a Real Estate Agent:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to increase transaction volume.
- Build meaningful relationships that truly connect with clients, generating additional business prospects.
- Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to discover their ideal home vision, then present properties that align perfectly with their needs.
- Conduct compelling open houses to showcase our available properties.
- Manage the complete transaction journey, from initial listing through final closing, ensuring efficient and seamless deals.
- Engage prospective clients to create fresh business opportunities.
- Become a market authority – master the local landscape thoroughly, confidently addressing questions about prospective homes, comparable properties, and area characteristics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
