What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Diagnostics: Using state-of-the-art tech to solve the "un-solvable" in engine, transmission, and complex electronic systems.
- Expert Craftsmanship: Delivering high-level mechanical repairs that meet our elite neighborhood standards.
- Professional Collaboration: Partnering with Service Advisors to translate "car-talk" into clear solutions for our customers.
- Leadership: Setting the standard for the shop by maintaining an organized workspace and occasionally mentoring junior staff.
The Profile We’re Looking For
- The Veteran: 5–10 years of professional experience under the hood.
- The Certified Pro: ASE Certifications are highly preferred; a Smog License is a major plus.
- The Tech-Savvy Tech: Proficient with modern diagnostic software and computer-based tools.
- The Mindset: You take pride in a clean bay and a "fixed-right-the-first-time" philosophy.
