How Youll Contribute to Our Partners Success:

As the Contract Supervisor for this legacy fabrication company, youll take ownership of overseeing fabrication contracts from planning to delivery. Youll ensure jobs run smoothly, materials are in place, timelines are met, and teams are aligned. Your role sits at the intersection of production and operationsmaking you an essential piece of the puzzle. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in contract or project supervision within a fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Manage Project Execution: Oversee contract performance from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met.


Coordinate with Operations: Work closely with operations to align production schedules, material availability, and workforce needs.


Team Oversight: Supervise fabrication teams on assigned contracts, providing support, guidance, and accountability.


Customer & Vendor Interface: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.


Problem Solver: Anticipate and resolve project or production issues proactively, keeping jobs on track.


Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contract performance, labor hours, materials usage, and change orders.
