Immediate Opening: Collision Repair Estimator

We’re hiring an Estimator who wants to be part of something new — not stuck in an outdated shop with outdated processes.
This is a production environment built to move cars efficiently without cutting corners.
What You’ll Do

Assess vehicle damage and write accurate, defensible estimates

Use industry-standard estimating software

Communicate clearly with customers and insurance partners

Work closely with technicians to plan repairs properly
-
Manage schedules and protect cycle time

Review completed repairs for quality control
-
Support strong insurance and vendor relationships

Monitor performance and help drive profitability
What We’re Looking For
-
1–2 years of estimating or collision repair experience
-
Strong understanding of repair methods and materials
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, production shop
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Valid driver’s license with clean record
