Crème Coffee & Pastry is a new specialty café bringing together Vietnamese coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, and French-inspired pastries. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated team members who are excited to be part of our opening team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, Vietnamese coffee, matcha, chai, and specialty beverages according to Crème recipes.
• Serve pastries and croffles while maintaining beautiful presentation.
• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and drink preparation standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Coffee shop or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
