Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, including title review, contract preparation, and closing coordination</li>
<li>Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, and closing documents</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in Florida</li>
<li>Mid-level experience in residential real estate law; probate experience a plus</li>
