Little Bridges Child Care Center is a Christian pre-school located in the San Ramon Dougherty Valley. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, integrated program in an atmosphere of love and respect where children can grow in a Christian environment that stimulates developmental and social growth along with the joy of learning.
Current Openings:
Full time Infant/Toddler Teacher
Qualifications:
o Teachers must have at least 12 ECE units (3 in infant/toddler) and teaching experience. BA degree preferred.
o The ability to work well with children in a warm and nurturing way.
o The ability to work as a team with other teachers and staff.
o Can support the philosophy of a Christian curriculum.
Responsibilities:
o Communicate effectively with infants, toddlers, their parents, and other staff.
o Provide quality, nurturing care to infants and toddlers enrolled in the program.
o Demonstrate skills to properly address developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
o Conduct and document developmental screenings and assessments of children.
o Maintain effective, working relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Compensation based on education and experience.
