Job Description
We are hiring 10 Manufacturing Warehouse Associates to join a busy, fast-paced team. Reporting to the Production Manager, associates will assemble and package boxes, unload and stage materials, unpack supplies, and support warehouse maintenance. This role requires strong hand skills, the ability to follow direction, and the ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assemble shipping boxes and complete packaging assembly.
- Unload, stage, and handle warehouse materials.
- Unpack supplies and boxes.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Perform janitorial, light repair, and inside and outside maintenance duties.
- Follow direction from the Production Manager and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Ability to handle a physical workload and stand for an entire work shift.
- Strong hand skills and the ability to work at a fast pace.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
