Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals
- Consistently follow up and stay top of mind with clients using our proven systems
- Deliver 5-star service that turns first-time clients into lifelong fans and referrers
- Host dynamic open houses and convert hot leads (we give them to you!)
- Keep your calendar booked with ready-to-go appointments using our CRM
- Plug into ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to sharpen your edge
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success
- Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow
- Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with unstoppable energy
