Essential Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Eligible for or currently holding ASHA CCC’s (Certification of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Solid foundation and experience working with school-aged pediatric populations
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized therapy plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Deliver engaging speech therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
Stay current with best practices and continuing education pertinent to pediatric speech-language pathology
