Universal Title is a growing real estate settlement title company and in search of a settlement processor. Experience is not required, although salary is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include: opening files, ordering title, assistance with curing title, ordering the necessary invoices and documents for closing, preparing title binders, extensive client contact via phone and email and finalizing settlement sheet. This is an entry level position but is ideal for a hard working independent individual seeking rapid growth within a results-based office.
