Automotive Sales Consultant – Earn Up to $120,000 Annually!

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide a positive dealership experience
- Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on available vehicle options
- Follow up with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required)
- A motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and internet-based tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ford experience or certifications are a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate with the drive and determination to succeed!
