<p>Job DescriptionNOW HIRING – Receiving Shift Leader Warehouse – Receiving<br> $21.50/hour<br> 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM<br> Hourly / Agency PlacementWe are seeking a hands-on Receiving Shift Leader to help lead warehouse receiving operations and support the Receiving Manager.Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and assign daily work to receiving associates</li>
<li>Oversee container unloading, pallet building, receiving, and staging</li>
<li>Verify quantities, labels, and receiving documentation</li>
<li>Support put-away, replenishment, and inventory accuracy</li>
<li>Operate forklifts/reach trucks when trained and authorized</li>
<li>Enforce safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures</li>
<li>Train and support new employees</li>
<li>Communicate staffing, inventory, safety, and equipment issues to management</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of warehouse, receiving, distribution, or material-handling experience</li>
<li>Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Basic computer/tablet and inventory system experience</li>
<li>Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul>
