Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience estimating and bidding miscellaneous metals and structural steel construction projects.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of both the manufacturing and construction processes, shop fabrication, general business practices, and applicable building codes.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional mathematical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with PDF review software (e.g., Bluebeam), and familiarity with Tekla EPM/PowerFab is highly desirable.
