Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Resident Services Associate for a residential community located in Vernon, CT 06066.
This position is 25-30 hours a week.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Assist residents in understanding lease requirements, resolving lease violations, and navigating eviction engagement.
- Connect residents with relevant community resources, including rent and utility assistance, healthcare, job training, and other social services.
- Organize and facilitate social and educational events to foster a sense of community and promote resident engagement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident interactions, service plans, and program outcomes.
- Work closely with the property manager, maintenance, other RSCs, and external agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Advocate for residents to ensure they receive all eligible services and that their needs are addressed effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and program requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including file reviews and audits, to maintain program standards.
- Submit weekly reports to management.

- Prior experience preferred in an upscale residence or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
