We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager&nbsp;to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling. You will work closely with the Project Manager as well as the office staff in house.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of plumbing project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
<li>Print drawings</li>
<li>Get insurance for DOB/jobs</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in plumbing management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with plumbing&nbsp;software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of plumbing and fire suppression</li>
<li>Must know how to read drawings&nbsp;</li>
