We’re looking for two part-time enthusiastic, professional receptionists to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

Compensation:
$19 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments to ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails, and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
- Assist with other administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, filing, etc.
- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building, and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of quote documents and emails
Qualifications:
- Must of graduated from high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- 1+ year of front desk experience or related job experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Has experience answering multi-line telephone calls and troubleshooting while remaining calm in intense situations
- Can juggle multiple simultaneous tasks
- Able to focus clearly on details
- Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Required availability Monday through Friday for either shift: 1st shift (8:30 am - 12:30 pm) or (12:30 pm to 4:30 pm)
