Position Overview
The Construction Control Sales/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project adhere to client specifications, budget constraints, and compliance regulations. This role combines sales and project management to foster strong client relationships while delivering high-quality construction services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure equitable agreements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Oversee quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure project standards are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to align on project specifications and updates.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.
  • Lead project meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize scheduling tools to track project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management and project management roles.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and techniques for managing project timelines.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and quality control processes in construction.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement and site management practices.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations in the construction industry.
