Career Staffing Talent is recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm for a Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal to join their Private Client Services group in Boca Raton.
This role supports a sophisticated fiduciary litigation practice handling guardianship, estate and trust disputes, and related probate proceedings for individuals, families, banks, trust companies, and other institutional clients.
What You'll Be Doing
✔️ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, and other litigation documents for attorney review
✔️ Prepare correspondence to courts, judicial assistants, clients, beneficiaries, witnesses, and co-counsel
✔️ Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
✔️ Manage client communications, including calls, emails, and case status updates
✔️ Maintain electronic and physical case files and support hearing and trial preparation
✔️ Handle Florida e-filing, e-service, e-recording, and related court submission requirements
✔️ Review monthly prebills for accuracy and compliance with firm billing guidelines
✔️ Support probate and trust administration matters from intake through closing, including drafting routine documents and organizing asset information
✔️ Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and outside advisors while tracking deadlines and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
✔️ Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in fiduciary litigation and guardianship matters
✔️ Probate and trust administration experience preferred
✔️ Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required; ABA-approved training preferred
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion in handling sensitive matters
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Proficiency with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, Microsoft Office, and platforms such as Litify, iManage, Laurel, Aderant, or similar systems
