As a Home Consultant with Clayton, you will be creating a world class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by:
- Marketing and prospecting through various platforms
- Following up with leads to schedule appointments
- Presenting product and design options
- Assessing customers financial qualifications
- Guiding customers through financing options and processes
- Educating customers through the construction process
When You’ll Be Doing It:
- 5-day work week, Saturdays required
- Closed on Sundays, one day off during the week
Compensation:
- You will receive a base salary of $50,000
- Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunities
- Additional per unit bonus opportunities
- Quarterly Teamshare bonus opportunity
Training: As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes. You will receive continuous training opportunities focused on our sales process, how to structure a deal, and the construction phase.
Must Be Able To:
- Obtain state required manufactured home sales license
- Develop long-term professional relationships through active listening
- Be goal-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous learning
- Use necessary technology
