Specializing in criminal law, the Revill Law Firm seeks to fill a Law Clerk position. In this position, the Law Clerk will work directly under the tutelage of established litigation attorneys. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, legal research, issue spotting, interviewing witnesses and clients, answering phone calls, drafting and managing legal correspondences and motions, filing court petitions, attending and summarizing depositions, preparing legal documents for trial, obtaining affidavits, ensuring all case documents are readily available for attorneys, etc. Being proficient in legal research is extremely important. The prerequisites for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Proficient with Westlaw
- Possess superior communication and writing skills.
- Have great attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Possess great analytical skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and with others.
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Benefits package (Medical, Dental, and Vision) are offered after a probationary period.
Salary commensurate with experience.
