Production Assembly Job Description

Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:10pm

Overtime 7:30am – 5:10pm

Break – 2 – 10min

Lunch – 40min

Pay Rate = $15.00/HR

1) Perform daily production, following published work instructions, and meet daily and weekly goals.

2) Maintain good work habits to ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe and clean work environment.

3) Follow all company rules, directives, and management instructions.

○ Must be able to stand in one spot 8 hours a day.

○ Must be able to take direction.

○ Have good attendance.

○ Be able to move at a fast pace.

○ Must have good hand eye coordination.

○ Must be able to work well with others.

○ Must be able to work overtime if needed.

○ Have basic computer skills.

○ Be able to multi-task.

○ Able to adapt to changes.

○ Previous assembly line experience helpful but not necessarily.

○ Must meet process tact times and daily production goals.
